You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return within this period, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are worn, altered, washed, or not in their original saleable condition will not be accepted for return.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: You will typically receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

However, if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
